Parkour is the discipline and art of navigating ones way through a series of obstacles with speed, grace, and efficiency. Our Parkour classes will build a foundation of safety and falling techniques while helping the student learn and sharpen their skills of vaulting, jumping, and climbing to assist them in their overall development of body control and mental focus. Parkour classes are available for kids and adults.

Basics (ages 7-11 and 12+)

Advanced (ages 12-adults)
Advanced Parkour night is an open gym for seasoned athletes and beginners alike. This session takes place in the gymnastics training area where you'll have access to trampolines, spring boards, the foam pit, and gym mats and blocks. Advanced Parkour night is supervised by coaches who are present on the gym floor for tips and guidance.

Drop-In, $10 per class or $85 for a 10 pass punch card
As a coach, I hope to give my students a great and safe environment to learn the techniques and philosophy behind parkour so they can overcome obstacles of all kinds inside and outside of class.
