GymnasticsWhether they are involved in recreational gymnastics or with a competition team, skills learned in gymnastics can benefit a child’s overall development. Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive lifestyle exercise programs--incorporating strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline. Other science backed health benefits of gymnastics include a better sense of personal control and self esteem, improved mental focus and concentration, improved bone health, increased muscular strength, healthy posture, reduced depression & increased endorphin release. We have a variety of classes available for boys and girls of different ages and skill levels. Please refer to our current recreational gymnastics class schedule below.
